Day Care Fulfillment Policy

 

 

At our day care facility, it is our goal to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all dogs in our care. To ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction, we have established the following fulfillment policies:

1 Safety Measures:

  1. All dogs must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. The requirement helps safeguard the overall health of all dogs in our facility.
  2. A temperament assessment will be conducted for each dog before they are allowed to participate in our day care programs. This assessment ensures that each dog is well-suited for our group play and that their behaviour does not pose a risk to other dogs or staff members.
  3. Our premises adhere to strict safety standards, including secure fencing, controlled entry, and appropriate play areas for different dog sizes and temperaments.
  4. All clients will be registered to our confidential on our online booking system.  The system holds, data about the cleint dogs. All bookings and payments are made via our online booking system. At anyone time we know how many dogs are on site and when they attend and leave. 

2 Admission Process:

  1. Prior to enrollment, owners must complete an application form that includes essential information about their dog, including age, breed, health history, and any specific requirements or restrictions.
  2. It is crucial for owners to be honest and forthcoming about their dog’s behaviour, medical conditions, or special needs to allow us to provide appropriate care.
  3. Once the application is received, we may schedule a meet-and- greet session to assess the compatibility of the dog with our existing pack. This helps us determine if our day care environment will suite the needs of the dog and maintain a harmonious atmosphere for all.

3 Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

  1. Advanced reservations are recommended to secure a spot for your dog’s day care sessions.
  2. Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee or result in the loss of future reservation privileges.
  3. In cases of last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or severe weather conditions, a cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of the management.

4 Feeding and Medication:

  1. Owners should provide their dog’s regular food, clearly labelled with their name, portion instructions, and any specific dietary requirements.
  2. Medications and supplements must be properly labeled with clear instructions. All medication administration should be accompanied by written consent from the owner.

5 Communication and Updates:

  1. We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication with our clients. Regular updates on their dog’s activities, behaviour, and well-being will be provided via email, phone, or through our online customer portal.
  2. In case of any concerns or issues, we encourage clients to reach out to us promptly, and we will make every effort to address them in a timely manner.

By adhering to this fulfillment policy, we aim to provide excellent care and create a positive experience for every dog and their owner at our day care facility.
